Shipping

All Bedazzled Club orders are packed and dispatched from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or a public holiday are prepared on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.

United Arab Emirates

Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Cost: AED 25 — free on orders of AED 200 or more.

International

Delivery time: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs.
Cost: AED 70, flat rate.

Customs, duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to mark parcels as gifts or to declare a lower value.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been collected by the courier. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent at your cost.

Delays and lost parcels

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery times are outside our control. If your tracking has not moved for 7 days within the UAE, or 21 days internationally, email clubbedazzled@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
