Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bedazzledclub.store and any order you place with Bedazzled Club, an online seller licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DET e-trader licence no. 1631828). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products

We sell DIY rhinestone craft kits. Each kit contains a printed canvas measuring approximately 30 × 40 cm, pre-selected rhinestones, a placement pencil, a sorting tray, adhesive and instructions. Because the rhinestones are applied by hand, every finished piece differs slightly, and colours may vary a little from the photographs depending on your screen.

Our kits are recommended for ages 12 and above. They contain small parts and adhesive and are not suitable for young children without adult supervision.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify’s secure checkout; we never see or store your card details. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if a price shown was incorrect.

3. Orders

An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline your order we refund you in full.

4. Discounts and bundles

Discount codes and bundle offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time; orders already placed are not affected.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Bedazzled Club name, logo, kit designs, photographs, videos and website content belong to Bedazzled Club and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission. You are of course free to keep, display or gift the artwork you create from a kit.

7. Your content

If you tag us or send us photos or videos of your finished pieces, you allow us to reshare them on our website and social channels with credit. Tell us at any time if you would like us to stop, and we will remove them.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying kits that match their description and are free from defects. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by using a kit other than as described in its instructions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.

10. Changes and contact
